Cindumel manufactures suspension springs for cars, trucks, buses, semi-trailers, trailers, tractors, locomotives, railway cars and springs for industrial equipment (vibrating screens, crushers, etc.), as well as "U" type spring clamps.
It supplies original products to factories and major vehicle assemblers, in addition to serving the replacement and export markets.
We are a 100% national company, in capital and "Know-How", so we know that, in order to survive, we have to innovate and be the best, always seeking the satisfaction of our customers.

DECADE 10
Never stopping and always seeking constant quality improvement, we achieved ISO 9001-2008 and ISO/TS 16949:2009 in 2013.
This decade has seen investment in equipment that supports greater productivity and greater repeatability (Quality).
DECADE 00
In 2009, Cindumel reactivated the production of staples, where it had already been operating for more than 10 years, meeting the needs of the market that was looking for new suppliers.
In 2008, investment was made in a new, complete and automated parabolic spring production line. With the acquisition of a new furnace, new aligners and a parabolic rolling mill with a profile gauge imported from Germany, Cindumel increased its production capacity from 100 tons/m to 400 tons/m.
Always focused on customer satisfaction, and with constant quality improvement, we achieved ISO 9001-2000 in 2006.
Always attentive to market needs, from 2000 onwards Cindumel developed new ovens with automatic feeders and new painting lines, both for coil springs and leaf springs, making its production process increasingly automated.

It was also at this time that Cindumel, through its team of engineers, and with the cooperation of one of the largest automakers in the country, developed the third axle for 16-ton trucks and made it possible to install the product on the vehicle assembly line.
In the agricultural implements market, Cindumel works with all types of suspensions, providing all technical support, from specifications to training of its customers's maintenance employees.
Cindumel is always at the forefront of developing projects for the transportation of wood, sugarcane, and other agricultural products. The innovation of different suspensions has changed the results obtained by the company. Faced with a very demanding market, Cindumel does not give up on offering products and services with excellent quality, always using the cost-benefit ratio as an argument.
In the manufacture of Zeta springs for air suspension, Cindumel has its own equipment, with a hydraulic system for bending flat steel bars, up to 80mm thick, eliminating the need for outsourcing in the manufacturing process.
In the coil spring line, Cindumel serves the entire market for original products for automakers and replacement parts. With all the experience acquired, Cindumel launched:
• Springs for natural gas vehicles using the same manufacturing criteria as the original springs;
• Springs for sports vehicles with Contran release where the car has a sporty design, maintaining the vehicle's original comfort and stability;
• Industrial, railway and agricultural implement springs.
With the modernization of manufacturing processes, Cindumel was one of the first industries in Brazil to receive quality certifications, such as ISO 9001 in 1995 and QA-9000 in 1997, the GM World Award for "Supplier of the Year", in addition to several awards for its quality in supply.
Optimizing its staple production line by inaugurating its first production cell, with support from FIAT Automóveis.
80s
In the heavy vehicle line, Cindumel was a pioneer in introducing parabolic leaf springs into the Brazilian market. In 1988, it installed its first parabolic rolling mill, a technology that allows the replacement of conventional leaf springs with parabolic leaf spring designs, with full technical support.
Additionally, testing, stress-peening and painting oven equipment were acquired for serial production.
In 1985, Cindumel was awarded the outstanding performance trophy by Ford Brazil for its relevant contribution during the year.
Cindumel exported its products to the USA, Australia, Europe and the Middle East.
Starting the production of clamps for Mercedes Benz and with the emergence of new suspensions for vehicles, Cindumel was one of the pioneers in developing and producing helical springs with a conical profile, parabolic springs for heavy duty vehicles and semi-trailers, the latter being exported to France.
70s
By acquiring various imported equipment from Europe and the USA, it improved its production capacity. It invested in a new product line, the coil springs line for light vehicles, and began supplying the main automakers in the country.
In 1973, it began supplying parts to Ford, and in the following years, it developed other clients such as: Fiat, GM, Volkswagen, Mercedes, Scania and Volvo.
50s/60s
THE BEGINNING
Founded in 1953, starting as a spring station located on Av. Celso Garcia in Sao Paulo under the name Molas Lion. Soon, Cindumel began producing some products aimed at the truck replacement market.
Due to the growth of the conquered market, Cindumel, in 1956, transferred its industrial park to an area of ??25,000 square meters in Guarulhos, close to the Presidente Dutra and Fernao Dias highways, beginning the modernization of its leaf spring manufacturing process.
Thus, Cindumel is a company that has quality par excellence.
